We will be going on holiday in a month with 6 month old DD. I am just wondering what to do re car seat. Seems like car hire companies can be unreliable if you book one of theirs, so am thinking we should take ours. How do you package a car seat to go in the aircraft hold though? Also, is there a chance it might be knocked about so much that it is damaged in the same way it would be in a car accident, thereby requiring replacement?
Any other tips for flying with a 6 month old baby would be very welcome. It's short haul.
