Some days I feel like a super woman but most of the time I feel totally overwhelmed and like I'm falling behind on my to do lists even though I barely stop and take a minute for just me.

What are some of your top tips at juggling all of these important things?

Anything that can be done at work I do at work - e.g. online grocery shopping, renewing insurance, booking travel etc. (I do have a computer based job though so it's easy to do stuff like this on my lunch hour.)

We get milk and eggs delivered by Milk & More and I have a weekly supermarket delivery set up with a set shopping basket that I just adjust each week.

We also have a cleaner! This probably makes the biggest difference.

A cleaner once a fortnight has made SO much difference for us x

Make sure your partner is doing their fair share.
