Reusing expressed breastmilk

Hi I’ve been expressing with the haakaa pump during the day and decanting into a bottle in the fridge for my partner to use at night. Last night he took it out of the fridge and warmed it up but didn’t use it at all as she slept the whole time. I read if they drink some of it to bin it but she didn’t have any. The milk was left out at room temperature Approx 3 hrs 40 and now it’s back in the fridge. Would you still use this or bin it? When I collect it in the day sometimes it sits maybe 30 mins at room temp before it goes in the fridge.

I’d probably bin it... I think 4 hours is the max time it can be left out the fridge but I read that as to feed with there and then rather than putting back in the fridge for use another time.
Could be wrong though!

I exclusively pump and my HV told me it's the '666 rule'. 6 hours at room temperature, 6 days in the fridge and 6 weeks in the freezer (possibly months I forget, I don't freeze my milk). I think putting it back in the fridge after a few hrs out for me would depend on temperature of the room it's been in and if I can 'afford' to bin it. I've put it back before after a few hours when my supply has dropped due to mastitis.
