Hi Ladies,

What are the best bottles for BF? How do I get the milk from a pouch into the bottle? Just tip it? When do I sterlise the bottles?

Is Avent or Dr. Brown good?

also interested in this question so giving you a boost . . anybody?

I would assume sterilise the bottles as normal and leave them in the steriliser until you are ready to use, then yes, pour in the milk ( breast milk pouch I assume?)

I'm not sure about warming the milk if that's how baby prefers it - often body temperature is preferred I believe, so I guess you can heat it up as normal...?

Depends on baby really.

Mine isn’t fussy, I offer bottle of milk at fridge temperature usually and I use the tommee tippee ones (anti colic). Fairly simple to just tip the milk into a bottle (if frozen can warm under a running tap or defrost in a fridge). Just make sure to freeze without air in so they don’t burst !

Heard friends have to offer loads of bottles then resort to cups in the end. Think you can skip bottles if they’re older anyway.

If you're a bit clumsy like me, use a funnel to pour the milk from the freezer pouch into the bottle!

I've always used NUK bottles and found them to be great
