Hi all, how did you celebrate your baby's first birthday? Or if your baby is yet to turn one, how do you plan on marking the occasion? TIA

Nothing big or fancy, we're having family round for a bbq.

Had close family round for some sandwiches and cake and presents. It was perfect.

Just had an open house so people could drop in throughout the day if they wanted to. I got beer & wine in, soft drinks, cream teas & a cheese board with other nibbles too. (But we don’t know many other children so I didn’t really need to cater for them).
