Nursing bra and breast leaking

Both of my breasts leak like crazy if not wearing a bra. I do suspect I have issues of oversupply and forceful letdown.

DS does struggle with wind and gulping down fast milk flow whenever gets fed.

I realised when I wear bras, neither side of the breasts leak much - probably due to the pressure applied to the nipples.

But I'm not sure if holding back the leakage would increase the formilk accumulated and if it's better to let the breasts "freely leak" by wearing lose pyjamas at home...

Cam someone share some insights please?

Not sure if its the right thing to do as the last time I bf was 15 years ago, but I used to wear nipple shells (think that is what they were called) at home inside my bra to collect the leakage and emptied regularly. Very glam!

When you're at home/somewhere where you don't mind having both boobs out have you tried collecting the let down from your other breast whilst baby feeds on one side? This will reduce the fullness and you might as well collect leaking milk to stash in the freezer!

Meant to say you can buy a silicon hand pump for around £10 on amazon and it just suctions on so you can be 'hands free' to hold to feed baby on other side.
