Colief leads to drowsiness?

Has anyone notice Colief causes drowsiness in babies?

DS is 4 weeks old. He has very distressful few days with constant cry and screams for hours. We started Colief this week. It appears to have eased whatever pain he has had. But we also noticed the time he stays alerted has significantly reduced.

Before Colief, it's like he could have so much "eye contacts" and looking around. But now, apart from changing nappy, half of the feeding time and the time he's having bad episodes with wind, he's mostly asleep.

Has anyone noticed the same? Is it really a thing with Colief?

I’ve never heard of this. It sounds more like your baby can sleep more easily as they are in less pain.
