Do I need to change this routine ?

DS is 10 months next week. He hasn't quite got a routine yet as every time I try to follow his routine he seems to change it. He has two naps during the day and never sleeps past 4pm. Naps usually are around 1-2 hours (one in morning and one in afternoon). Then I put him to bed at 7. If he has had enough naps and it not over tired he will lay there talking to his bear or playing with his dummy until he falls asleep so is very good at self settling at night time. My question is , is it normal for him to wake up during the night for a feed ? He will wake anywhere from 11pm -2am for a feed. I have tried letting him wimper for a bit by himself to see if he will settle on his own but I think he is generally just hungry when he wakes so the only thing that gets him back to sleep is a bottle. He has his bottle then usually goes straight back to sleep then will wake again around from 3am-5am (depending when he wakes up first). I've read that at this ages babies should be sleeping for a stretch of 11 hours uninterrupted sleep at night. Am I doing something wrong ? I have tried giving him water/ picking him up and rocking him back to sleep. But he will just wake 10 mins later. Has anyone else experienced this ? Do they grow out of it ? Is there something else I could be trying ?
Tia!!

It’s entirely normal for a 10 month old baby to need milk during the night.

I've just taken away my DS middle of the night bottle at 19 months.
Definitely at least until they're one and eating properly they need milk at night.

Does he have a dream feed?

Ok. Thanks. Makes me feel abit better as after reading and hearing other mums saying that theirs are sleeping the whole night I thought I was doing something wrong.
I have tried a dream feed in the past but didn't seem to work so I stopped x

It is normal. My DS stopped all night feeds by 7 months. DD still has milk in the night sometimes and she’s 20 months. She probably started sleeping through most of the time from about 12m, but then teething and illness disrupt her a lot.

You could try weaning off that feed, so reducing the amount of milk in the bottle, or watering it down as it might be more habit than hunger? Make sure he’s eating lots during the day!

I wouldn't try watering it down yet. Milk is more important than food until they're 1 yr old.
