I need a sling but I’m terrified of suffocation so ideally I want to see baby properly. He’s 6 weeks

Thanks x

You need to google your local sling library - if you go along someone can show you how to use them correctly and safely and you can try lots of slings before you buy them.

And if you look here you will see all the guidelines for having your baby safely in a sling.

I really liked a Moby wrap at that age. Nice and soft but also supportive

We had a Hanna wrap. Second the sling library recommendation. Most people I see don't have the Babies high up enough - they should be close enough to kiss their heads, it's easy to check on them regularly that way.

I’ve just ordered the ergo baby aura wrap which has really good reviews for warm weather and keeps cool. Haven’t tried yet though!
