Hey I recently.went to court regarding a child arrangement order and my ex partner has been seeing our children regularly only I've found out and have evidence he's lied to the courts and in breach of the order numerous times with the summer holidays approaching and my children are supposed to stay for 3 of the 6 weeks I'm worried who will be in the care of my children when they are supposed with dad it's all over social media that he will be djing for the night the first night of the week hes supposed to have them overnight I can't talk to him because it always ends in a argument in just worried for the safety of my children paternal grandmother isn't allowed sole care and must have supervised contact while in her care help I can only go back to court if i pay and as a single mother on a low income and no recorded history of domestic violence I don't fit the criteria for legal aid funding
