Baby started refusing bottle

Hi all! My 8 week old girl gradually stopped taking bottles (she's EBF at the moment). She was taking the bottle just fine before, once a day, from her dad. She had an operation few weeks ago and generally had appetite problems afterwards, and was also fussy with bottle more and more, now she just completely refuses it, doesn't matter if it's formula or EBM. She just plays with the teat in her mouth and after a couple of minutes becomes upset and starts crying. Has anyone had this problem before? Is it just a phase or is she likely to always keep refusing? Are there any bottles she will be more likely to take? (We used Tommee Tippee) any advice on how to get her used to the bottle again? Is it worth trying everyday or are we better off giving her a break and trying again in a week or so? It's not a massive issue at the moment, but it gave me a peace of mind that I could leave her with her dad for longer than couple of hours if I had...help please!

Mine all refused bottles after a certain age. Ds1 went back to it at about 10 months but he'd stopped breastfeeding. Just wasn't interested anymore.
