My little girl is 11 months nearly a year old in a few weeks and she is still taking 5 7oz bottles in 24 hours sometimes more cause she sometimes wakes up for one at night. She has 3 meals a day and I often add a snack in around 3.30 after the school run. She also drink water I’m just worried incase she is having more than she should? My older two at this age started to go off bottles but she just won’t settle if she misses one.

I can’t remember but DD drastically cut down when I started to introduce a mid morning and mid afternoon snack

Four 6oz bottles. One morning. One afternoon. One at bedtime. One during the night still.

3 meals and a bedtime snack also which is usually a small yogurt or cereal.

2 8oz bottles, one in morning and at bedtime.

Will she settle if you decrease it a bit? I slowly took a couple of oz off the daytime ones and gave a snack at bedtime

That's quite a lot. By the time they get to age 1 they only need around 350mls/12oz. At that age my 2 had just 2 milk feeds, am and pm

I think I’m just going to have to be tougher with the amount she’s getting. I just wanted to know what everyone else’s child was on at this stage if she wakes up at night I’ll offer water

My 10 month old is massive for his age and is having 4/5 bottles a day, taking 4oz-7oz at a time. He loves milk, won’t do any harm to let them have what they want for a bit longer. She’ll gradually cut down as she spends more time being active and snacking.
