Why does my baby suddenly hate the bath?

14 week old used to like the bath up until two weeks ago. Now she hates it! Goes beetroot purple and screams non stop until she’s out and dry.

What can I do? Why has she suddenly started hating it?

Is something stinging? Eczema etc?

I couldn't understand why mine was so upset as toddler hair washing until one day I borrowed the lovely organic baby shampoo I'd been using and found it made my eyes sting like mad

Moral of that story was test new shampoos on self first

Because babies are opaque little creatures. DS2 took against his CUP once and anyone listening would have thought that he was in terrible pain, rather than just being able to see the hitherto acceptable, but now apparently satanic CUP.

Babies are strange

I can’t see anything like eczema on her.

I’ve used her bubble bath 😂 can’t say it stings or anything.

I don’t know what to do as she has to get bathed! I had to bath her today as she had a poonami incident
