Cloth nappies

I'm looking for advice on cloth nappies.

I have two children, a nearly 1 and a two and half. The two and a half will be in nappies for around another 6 months.

We started using cloth nappies a couple of weeks ago. We currently have 10 x bumgenius pocket nappies which are working well. I think I need about 6-10 more.

My 2.5 year old is 25lbs and the bumgenius are a bit tight, they are ok now but I would rather get some bigger ones. However, this is where I'm struggling. I have seen that the Bambinex size 2 are good, but apparently they take ages to dry and I don't really want to get into putting them in the tumble drier.

Budget is a bit of an issue too. I only want to spend about another £100 max.
Any advice?

My DS is 7 months old and 22lbs, BumGenius still work fine. Other brands that work great and are fairly cheap are Alva baby and Little lambs pocket nappies. Close parent and Bambino Mio work great too.

Is it the Bambinex bamboo nappies you're looking at? Bamboo is very absorbent and so takes a long time to dry; many people use them as night nappies.

We're using Bambinex Teddy nappies during the day and as they're microfibre they dry incredibly quickly. The size 2 fits up to 35lb so could be worth looking at?
