Should I sleep now or not?

Been awake with baby since 00:30. She's just dropped off. I have to be up for 06:15. I feel awake and alert now. Will it be worse for me if I try to sleep for the next 1.5 hours or should I just continu stay awake? I have an active 2 year old and grumpy 7 week old to deal with all day.
