Tummy bug help

Looking for some advice from anyone who has been through similar.

DS is 10 months and has a tummy bug. He vomited in his bed on Thursday night then twice on Friday afternoon despite seeming fine all morning.

He's keeping milk down, and has had a little bit of bland breakfast the last 2 days, but any solid food later in the day is either refused or is coming straight back up again, even if it's the same thing he ate earlier in the day.

Should I just keep to milk and a little water for 24 hours to give his system a chance to recover? Will be need longer than this? Or should I be getting worried yet?

I think babies can take longer to recover than adults. Assuming no signs of dehydration, your DS seems ok in himself etc, maybe stick to what you’re doing and if no improvement by tomorrow PM phone the GP surgery for advice? Hope your DS improves soon 🤞🏼
