19 week baby routine and wakening up through the night

Trying to figure out a routine for my DS. Mine is as follows
7am wake and bottle
7 30 to 9.30\10am Sleep
9.30 to 11am awake and play
11am bottle
12-2pm will sleep either for 30min to 1hrs
3pm bottle
Between 3- 4pm sleep
Bath 6.30pm
Bottle 7pm
Bed 7.30pm
Dream feed 10.30pm

This is roughly what our day looks like. He has started wakening at 1am, 3am and practically wide awake at 5pm
Each time DS cries and we let him settle him self. He usually goes over again. We are trying not to use dummy as we are forever putting it in at night and he does go with out it.

I know this could be sleep regression but has anyone any advice on this? Will it pass with out me changing any thing?

He is ready for bed at 7pm so keeping him up later wouldn't be possible!

Thanks!

Honestly waking only waking 3 times a night and self settling at that age is amazing. It’s not normal for humans to sleep solidly through the night due to our sleep cycles but we are so used to it as adults and because we go straight back to sleep it’s not something we alway remember.

Are you not feeding him during the night? It’s normal for babies at that age to be feeding every 2-4 hours, so I would expect at least 1-2 feeds during the night still. If he is sleeping through, fine, no need to wake, but if waking, I’d be feeding. Mine continued night feeds until between 9-13 months.

That’s not a sleep regression. That’s a really good sleep pattern for a baby of that age. He’s still so young. Two wakings a night is very good goingSmile

I also second the above poster in that you should be feeding him when he wakes at night. He should still be getting fed when he wakes up at that age. My twins are nine months and still feeding at night.

Echoing others. That's not a sleep regression. Are you feeding him at night? Is he properly waking up?

He doesn't waken up crying all the time and he usually goes over again quite quicklyso I haven't been feeding him through the night when he Wakens as he is usually in good form if that makes sense. He stayed at my mums and she fed him at 4am but didn't take many oz only a couple so I didn't think he was wakening due to being hungry.
