I really struggle with what to do with the kids in school holidays. I have 2 dds 12 & 6 and a ds nearly 2.
I want to more days out/activities but find it hard to think of things to suit them all.

If you have big age gaps how do you keep all the kids happy?

where are you based OP?

We go out on walks through the woods together. for my youngest two, I take some printouts like this and get them to try and spot the things on the sheet. My oldest dd walks beside me and we have a chat.

we also make things, eg: slime. everyone can get involved and they love it

Cycling? The 2yo could go on the back of your bike. I took my two out on a pedalo at a local park today, I’m sure all ages would love that!

Geocaching/letterboxing?

What is your 12yo into? As they’re probably the hardest to please while the little ones would probably go along with their suggestions more. Could you also sometimes let the 12yo have a friend along so you can focus on the younger two?

Also some board games you could all play- things like Pictionary, charades, the 2yo could join in.
