What tips do you have for :

A Changing/dressing a crawling baby

B Keeping a baby safe

Changing and dressing a wriggly baby is a nightmare I'm not going to lie. It's a struggle.

Keeping baby safe so baby gate on stairs, kitchen (or cupboard locks). Any wires or dangerous things out of reach. Once they start pulling up I would probably put foam things on sharp corner (eg coffee table) to save a banged head. Keep small unsafe objects out of reach (eg very small toys or something that could be put in mouth and choked upon)
