Toenails - what to do???

Thanks if you opened this thread eventhough the subject is a bit meh!

So my daughter is 2.5. I'm shit scared of cutting her toenails. I do it but I know I do it wrong and so I put it off as long as I can.

I've always struggled with in growing toenails myself, probably as a result of my mum cutting them wrong (round) when I was little. Been though surgeries and everything with them.

I'm really scared I'd do the same with my daughter. I can already see that one side of her big toenail is a bit swollen, so I'm already doing it all wrong!

Any advise, tips and words of wisdom appreciated!

If you are really that worried book an appt with a chiropodist and get them to show you how to do it. There is nothing wrong with cutting toenails round, but you may have feet that the nails are difficult to cut etc or the skin grows up around so if you are really unsure go and ask and get put straight by someone who knows
