Weird Question but can you change when an 11 month old poo's?

My daughter has woken each morning between 430 and 515 for the 3 weeks.

She has always poo'ed and is still tired.

This means I have a grumpy moany child every morning until she gives in and goes for a mega nap. 2-3hrs!

I've tried changing her dinner time but bedtime is at 7-730 so I can't really feed her later than 530 -6 (by which point both her and my son are starving!)

So dies anyone have any ideas or am I just waiting it out?

Don’t think so, but hang on in there. It’s just another phase, it will pass !

No, she will poo when it happens. Just change, small feed and back to sleep.

I suspected that was the case! It's not a small change and feed unfortunately- she's just old enough that when she's awake that's it for at least a couple of hours.

For instance she was up at 430 this morning because she had pooed and she's had a bum change and some milk and whinged at me for 3 hours until she's just fallen asleep.

I'll ride it out I know it will pass it's just frustrating!

Thanks though
