Custody Return Times

My 7 month old daughter stats with her dad EOW for 2 nights and also sees him on a Thursday night. What time should he return her?

I'm going back to work soon and she needs to stick to her routine. Don't want to upset her dad but feel this is really important.

Sorry, I wasn't very clear. On a Thursday, what time should he return her? He collects her at 3.30 and lives 30 minutes away. He's only just on his way to bring her back now and so her routine is going to be put out.

Anyone?

What time is her bed time?

If she will transfer then I’d get him to give her dinner, bath her and bring her home in PJs so she can be transferred straight to bed at her normal bedtime.

@Tilly28 that's a great idea! Thank you. She does take a while to get to sleep after coming back from her dad's as she always seems unsettled and needy after being with him.

I definitely don’t think it’s unreasonable to ask for her to be at home for 8pm and if she’s already in pjs you never know she may fall asleep in the car or it can be straight up to her for a story and sleep.
