Anyone know what this is?

Only just noticed it under neath dds tongue? She's nearly one in a month and I'm not sure what it is!? Sorry for her messy mouth I was brushing her teeth 😁 (it isn't toothpaste under her tongue)

Could be a mouth ulcer. If so, it will go soon. You can use bonjela on it if it seems sore
