Does a 15 mo need clean clothes every day?

I've been putting DS 15mo in freshly washed clothes and PJs every day but it feels unnecessary. His clothes aren't obviously soiled in any way and it seems environmentally unfriendly and a waste of time to wash everything after one use. Am I just being grubby though?Confused

My 1 yo wears clothes and pjs multiple times, until they are dirty. Pjs last 2-3 days, I find. For clothes, the outer layer (eg jumper) might need washing, but the t shirt underneath will be clean so I put it aside to rewear tomorrow.

If it's not dirty, don't wash it.

Fresh set here. Trousers and PJ bottoms always smell a bit like nappy after he's been in them for hours.

If he's had something on for an hour or so and it was clean still, it would go back in the drawer but he's always covered in something so that only happens occasionally.

I wish! My DCs are mess monsters. They need changing multiple times a day.

I did once put my DS in the same pair of jeans 2 days in a row. Once. Ever. My kids just attract filth.

To be fair I have to get changed a lot too! But mostly because they get their dirty hands and faces wiped all over me!

I would. But I never have cos my kids are usually filthy. In fact I’m impressed if they’re wearing the same clothes by the end of the day as I’d say on average my 19m old wears 2 sets of clothes a day. They eat breakfast in pjs so those are usually grubby.

Things like jumpers I usually take off for meals so they might do a couple of wears. I wish my kids would keep bibs on!!
