Hi there! I have a 10month old who recently became mobile. He refused to crawl for ages and now he's off and about! So I was thinking of getting a playpen to help me get a little bit of house work done eithout worrying about him following the Hoover or trying to pull the laundry basket over wheb I do dishes 🙈

Any reccomendations?

We had a babydan which was great. Actually we ended up with two of them and formed them into a square with gates on opposite sides so we could use it to fence off a good part of the living room and walk through it rather than climb over.

I used our travel cot when my 2 were small. Easy to pack up when they had gone to bed

I've always just left my dd playing with her toys in the lounge, and just poke my head round the corner every so often. I can hear her chatting away.

Or she comes and plays with pots in the kitchen if i'm in there.

Upstairs she sits in her room playing with her books while i potter about. (16 months and has done since around 11 months

We had a wooden one from Amazon. DS could do multiple rolls from about 6 months so needed containing so I could get some essentials done. It went in the loft a month or two ago when he started to push it round the living room!
