DD2 is nearly 10 months, we are going on holiday in a few weeks & our flight is about 4 hours. I need some ideas for toys or bits I could I pack for her whilst on the plane to keep her amused? We did this flight with DD1 but cannot for the life of me remember what I packed toy or did with her now!
One thing I do remember is giving her stupid amount of snacks to help past the time Grin.

finger puppets are great, pop them on your fingers and make them dance about or tell a story with them

this cube has different things to see and feel on each side

thats all i can think of right now, but i remember using this snack pot because the flaps meant it took longer for her to get at the snacks.i mixed both flavours of these in a cup and it kept my youngest dds busy for longer thanks to the flaps x

Play dough
mag formers
Books
Snacks in boxes that she can play with once they're empty
Set of stacking cups (pack small and aren't noisy)
A mirror

Key thing is novelty really, so stuff she hasn't seen before.

A travel aqua doodle or magnadoodle

Glove or finger puppet, sensory scarf, wipe packet. We've flown with our LO at 9 and 15 months and tbh he was more interested in looking at the other passengers than playing with anything! Hopefully you'll get someone near you who doesn't mind playing peekaboo for half an hour

We took stickers with us. You could take them back off the surface and re-sticker them.

Our DS spent ages sticking them everywhere including DH head. Best 75p we even spent, someone recommended them to us from home bargain I think they were.

Blow up ball! Good fun while you're waiting around, then can be packed away.

Small bubble tube you can put in with your travel toiletries.

"Little Library" of books (good for chewing on, too Wink). We have Mr Men and Hairy Maclary.

Would echo Magformers, too.
