Help please - broken doll

My husband has just dropped dd(7) beloved doll who she takes everywhere. Her leg has snapped off. Anyone know of a doll hospital near Cambridge? Or further..we'll travel. She'll be distraught x

Can't you just use gorilla glue?

Has the leg broken, or has it broken off at the join? If it's broken, you can probably glue it (assuming it's either wood or plastic). If it's broken off from the body, you might need someone who knows what they're doing, but if you post a photo maybe someone here can help.
