Can anyone tell me what this is? Have a appointment next Tuesday at doctors but they're just staying there and haven't gone. Are they just spots?

Is s/he teething/got a cold/dribbling a lot at the moment? They look like the sort of sore patches that many babies get from that. Are they slightly rough/raised?

Only slightly. I don't think she is teething at the moment no :0 she doesn't really dribble much believe it or not just irritating to not know what's causing it and why they won't go?
