Problems with DCs school

I don’t know what to do. My children’s school seems to have some weird issue with me. I posted recently about
My children’s school reporting me to social services for apparently
Leaving my 8 year old home alone to do the school run, social services called me today to say it doesn’t meet their requirements, HOWEVER the school also called them today to say my child went to school with a wet jumper?! He spilled his drink on the way to school, it really wasn’t that bad and it was a hot day so I assumed rather than dragging him all the way home (we were half way there) it would dry as it was hot today. But apparently it hasn’t dried by the time he had reached school as they called ss to tell them that?! They didn’t ask me or mention anything about it to me. This is shocking surely?! I can’t even understand it. I don’t get why they did that. What do I do? This is not a normal thing to report someone for surely?

Of course a school wouldn't 'report to SS' for spilling a drink on a jumper, however I presume there is more to this than you have posted ?

SS may have told the school to report any incident involving your dc to them, however trivial.

There really isn’t more to it. The sw said themselves that the school seem “overly anxious” about
Me. My children have NEVER been the subject of any plans under social services, the school didn’t ask my son why the jumper was wet, they didn’t even ask me. That is exactly what I was told today by social services, that the school called to say my child came in with wet on his jumper, I’m wondering if they have been told to report anything no matter how small. But it seems extreme.
