How does your 16 week old sleep?

My 16 week old was a terrible sleeper to begin with, then became pretty good- going to sleep at 7pm, waking once for a feed and then up for the day around 6/630.

Now her wake up time is creeping forward every day. She goes to sleep around 7pm, wakes around midnight for a feed and then at 5am on the dot is awake for the day. If I feed her and keep it as a night feed she still won't go back to sleep.

She has a 90 minute morning nap and a two hour lunchtime nap and about a 20/30 minute afternoon nap.

How can I get her to start sleeping in a bit later?

Could it be the light mornings? I only as as I used wake up at 6am when it got light but am now finding myself awake dead on 5am for weeks now due to the light

Isn't that pretty good for a 16 week old? My LO is 16 weeks today, goes to bed at 7-9, up at 11-1 for a feed, then up at 5-6 for the day. Maybe my expectations are very low from the horrific time we've had up to now with feeding aversion, allergies and reflux? But I think all babies are different, they dont all want 12 hours a night?

It sounds good to me! Mine is 17weeks. Down at around 730, usually up for feeds around 10pm, 1am and 4am, up for the day 530 or so. Does sleep very well during the day either. Just keep reminding myself it will get better one day!
