My neighbour just came over earlier crying , saying her brother who now lives with her spiked her coffee this morn with Valium ( he wanted to calm her down ) he now says she's over reacting . I just can't believe it , she's 6 weeks pregnant and was looking after her 1 year old today also she had a midwife appt . She used to do drugs but has turned her life around and has been signed off by the social last week . I'm just disgusted . Basically he won't leave her house and is refusing to go as he has no where els to live but what can she do ??? Does everyone also think this is totally unacceptable ??? I'm just in shock . He's horrible to her all the time . Constant arguing outside my house . It's been hard living next door to them .

Get the police to remove him.

I have said to her about ringing the police but she won't . 🤷‍♀️

Is he just staying with her or is he on the mortgage / tenacy? Either way she should ring the police re the spiking, but if he's got no right to be there and won't leave she can ring them to remove him too.

Bastard.

You can ring them. Say there’s been an altercation outside?

He needs to be removed.

WeeDangerousSpike · 13/05/2019 13:00

He endangered her and her kids. She wants him out and he won't go.

Literally her only reasonable choice is the police.

NorthEndGal · 13/05/2019 13:06

Police, for sure
What will he do next, seriously?

looneyloo88 · 13/05/2019 14:28

He's not on the tenancy or anything like that . He's actually a drug dealer too 🤦‍♀️

Call the Police. Tell her she has to protect herself and children. What a shit brother he is.

WeeDangerousSpike · 13/05/2019 15:16

Would the thought of ss finding out her kids are living with a drug dealer give her the push she needs? They're hardly going to be impressed are they.

This is her opportunity to have outside help to get him gone.

Windygate · 13/05/2019 15:19

She could confide in the midwife at her appointment

MummyBear2352 · 13/05/2019 16:13

Well I hope she told her midwife!

Then she also needs to phone the police and get him arrested and removed from her property.

Change the locks when he goes out
