I am new to the forum, i am becoming really worried about my 3 year old son he turned 3 at the end of march but is yet to say a word, he has been seen by a paediatrician in January and he didn't seemed concerned said he doesn't come across autistic, but i am starting to really worry now he should be saying something, hes such a good happy little boy, he can understand basic instructions not complex, hes very sociable etc, i feel the speech therapist we have seen so far is useless , i am at my wits end will i ever hear his voice
