5 week old feeding question/issue

My lovely daughter is 5 weeks tomorrow. She has always been a good feeder, she has been for the past week or so now taking 5/6ozs every 4.5hrs. except her past 2 feeds where she is only taking 3ozs.
Yesterday she brought up her entire feed (around 12pm) but had her other feeds after that as normal with no issues. However these past 2 feeds have been a struggle. She was clearly hungry, got to aound 3ozs and done this scream cry thing and refused to take more. Even though she is still showing hunger signs.
Has anyone else dealt with anything similar? Im jist wondering if i should be worried or just carry on as normal but monitor the situation?
i should mention that she is rarely massively sick, just little bits here and there. She was also prescribed Gaviscon Infants by the GP on wed which has settled her down alot. (we thought colic issues) Other than that she is the picture of health. :)
