So, I have recently had to report my ex for harrassment - advise from the police is to cease all communication with him. Problem is that we have 2 daughters and with half term around the corner, plans need to be put in place for the childcare. Has anyone been in a similar situation?
Its not just as easy as picking up the phone for a conversation about the children as it always turns nasty and will inevitably open the floodgates of abusive contact once again.
