Lazybones toddler

My nearly two year old is a big ol lazybones.
Hates walking, loves eating mostly.

I take him out side to exercise the toerag he fusses to be carried, try and play games in the park and he roots through my bag for snacks.
Same happens when I take him to gym, disappears and then reappears toting my bag with a hopeful expression on his face.

Sometimes when out, his dad and I take a hand each to encourage him to walk and he goes limp so we end up dragging him.

I look around and everyone else's toddler seems to have energy to burn whilst mine is turning into a lump.
Is mine broken?

Well he's tiny still! Most under 3s can't walk for long distances.

Have to say mine is the polar opposite - like you say energy to burn. He does love food also though. He’s 21 months.

If you’re encouraging him then I wouldn’t worry, like pp said he’s still little.

My older dc were like dc3, boundless energy - now they are pre-teens they are beyond lazy.

Apologies for the lack of commas in my post, my phone eats them.
