Should I go back to the doctor?

Hi I'm looking for advice on if you think I should take 1year old DD back the gp.. she was on antibiotics for a ear infection that wasn't clearing. The course finished on Wednesday and since then she has been constantly crying.

Last night she screamed for 3 hours and this morning she keeps doing high pitched scream.

She doesn't have a temperature hasnt had one for a few days. No new teeth and still breastfeeding not really interested in food.

In-between her crying fits she plays fine and seems quite happy.

Would you take her back ? I feel like I've been in and out of the doctors constantly for 3 weeks. But obviously something is bothering her and I'm concerned they have missed something?

Thanks for reading

A agree with pp, take her back. Her toys may just be distracting her a bit when she is playing. Constant screaming isn't normal, it could be the ear infection was resistant to the antibiotics and they have built up in her system since finishing the course. I get this with UTIs.

Thank you for your messages I took her back but the doctor wasn't very interested.. just did the usual checks and said she is probably still run down from the infection and to just keep and eye on her.

She's still pretty miserable. Hopefully she will turn a corner soon. I just want my happy girl back ,😔
