4 day old baby not pooping much? Is this normal?

I’ve booked him a doctors app but is it normal for 4 day old to have yellow dry poop considering he is eating well? Thanks x

No it's not normal. Go to the GP today or call 111

The dryness is concerning good thing you have an appointment today. Hope alls well

Might be an idea to take the nappy with you too in case they want to do cultures.
