My baby is FF,
wakes at around 6am and has 5/6 oz
7am - breakfast (eats well)
9ish naps for 30-60mins
10.30 - 3/4oz milk
12 - lunch
1ish - naps 30 mins to 90 mins on a good day
3- 5 oz milk
5 - dinner
6.30/7 - 6 oz milk
7ish bedtime

I’m trying to figure out how/if I need to drop a milk, also if the naps are ok as he’s so cranky when I’m getting him ready for bed - unless he has a short 2nd nap and then had a cat nap around 4 which really messes up bedtime 😭

Wakes up around 6.30 - 7oz bottle
8 - breakfast
9 - 30 min nap
11.30/12 - lunch
1.30 - 30 min nap
2.30/3 - 5-7oz bottle
5.30 - dinner
6.30 - catnaps for maybe 20 mins
8 30 - bath and bed routine starts, 7oz bottle

I really want him to be going to bed much earlier, but he doesn't sleep for the night if we leave out the catnap, he'll just have a longer nap and be wide awake again before midnight. Apparently at 10 months a baby should be having around 17-20oz of FF a day, so we're trying to reduce his milk feeds a little at the moment, and fill him up more with his meals, which hopefully will make him sleep better

My 10 months old's schedule is very similar with wake up and bedtime, but he would be very cranky with those naps. Have you tried making them slightly later? We do something this -

6am - wake up
10am - nap
2.30pm - nap
7pm - bed

He never goes longer than 3/4 hours between sleeping. Nap duration is usually 45 mins - 1 hour but can vary wildly! I don't let his afternoon nap run any later than 4pm.

At 10 months my two were doing:
7am wake and milk
8am breakfast
9.40-10 nap (I woke them up)
11.30 lunch
12.30-3 nap
3pm milk
5pm dinner
6pm bath
6.30 bottle
7pm bed

Mine is BF although won't make much difference at this point

5am- fed back to sleep in bed
630- up, a little breakfast, fruit and a small piece of toast. She doesn't eat loads here but I let her pick while her older sister is having her breakfast
915- husband comes in for his fry up so dd has a sausage or some black pudding and tomato
10- breastfeed and 30-45 minute nap
12- lunch
130- breastfeed and 90mins nap
330- fruit snack with big sister
5- dinner
630-730 on/off breastfeed and bedtime routine

She's usually in bed by 715/730, until 10ish the wakes several times 😥

Mine is

6am - stirs, cries out. Goes back to sleep after 5 mins if we ignore her!
7am - awake and 6oz bottle
8 - breakfast
9.30 - hour nap
11 - water and snack (baby rice cake usually)
12 - lunch
1.30 - 6oz bottle
2 - between 90 mins and 2 hrs sleep
5 - dinner
6.30 - 6oz bottle
7 - bed

OP, we replaced the morning bottle with a snack and water about 6 weeks ago and it works well and she has a big lunch now. It meant we then moved the 3 bottle to before her nap and it meant she sleeps a bit longer in the afternoon now.

My daughter is BF so I just feed on demand several times a day including when she’s tired or just a bit upset. She also has water with meals and snacks. It changes week to week but she’s is sleeping a bit better now so currently-

Wake up- 6 (if we’re lucky, it was 5 today!)
Breakfast about 7

Nap- depends when she wakes up but usually about 9 latest atm. She naps for 1 hour.

Snack - about 10.30am (nursery do this so we have been replicating)

Lunch- 12/12.30

Nap- about 2pm for another hour

Snack- 3.30pm

Dinner- 5/6pm

7pm- go upstairs and start bedtime routine, bath, cuddles and feed etc. by the time she actually goes to sleep it’s about 8.

She was waking up every 2 hours but it’s improving (only once last night). I can’t see her ever doing 7-7, that’s just not on the cards for us! I’d like nighttime sleep and naps to be a bit longer, everyday is a bit different but is she’s not tired she just won’t sleep so we have to go with the flow a bit. General rule is she can’t stay awake for more than 3 hours or all hell breaks loose.

10 months and waking every 2 hours, good you deserve a medal!

God*

PerfectPeony2 · 03/05/2019 08:53

Yep she was teething but it seems to have calmed down now. Seeing some light at the end of the tunnel. Fingers crossed!

theruffles · 03/05/2019 10:46

7:30am/8am Wakes up and has 7/8oz milk
8:30am/9am Breakfast (usually just something small like a yoghurt, fruit, toast)
10:30am Nap
11:30am 6/7oz milk
12:30am Lunch
1:30am/2pm Nap (she has been known to go over 2 hours but usually a good 90 mins)
3:30pm 8oz milk
5:30/6pm Tea
6:30pm/7pm Bath and bed, sometimes another 6oz milk but not always bothered

My DD is formula fed and has been drinking less milk since we've introduced more solids. She's also a very good sleeper, which we don't take for granted!

firstimemamma · 05/05/2019 10:56

Wake up anywhere between 6 and 7:30 (if he wakes before this we stay upstairs and remain in 'night time mode'!) skin to skin bf and cuddle in bed then downstairs for breakfast of solids / getting ready

Nap starting about 2 hours after he woke up, lasts about an hour. Either bf to sleep or nap in buggy. Sometimes we nap together in bed

12ish dinner

1-2 hour afternoon nap starting from 1-2pm roughly. Again bf to sleep or buggy.

4pm tea

6 pm bedtime routine starts (a bit later if top and tail instead of bath) put down in cot around 7pm.

Sleeps through 1-2 nights per week. Or usually wakes 1-3 times (more sometimes!) ds is 9 months old

firstimemamma · 05/05/2019 10:57

Forgot to add several breastfeeds throughout the day thrown into the mix too!

Deelish75 · 05/05/2019 11:49

12.30 - 2.30 Afternoon nap
