My dd, 11, has just started her period, and although we’ve spoken a lot about this (I started at an early age too), she still quite scared about it all, and was very teary yesterday. She loves to sit and read about things and will do lots of reasarch about subjects she’s interested in, so I’d like to get her some books to read about periods that are suited to someone of her age. I know she’ll then take herself off upstairs and read and then come back to me with any questions she’s has. Any recommendations?
