DD is bringing up milk after every feed. The first two weeks were fine, its only become a problem in this third week. She either possets a thicjer, small amount or brings up at least a few tablespoons worth that are watery/curdled. It come out both her mouth and nose. It doesn't cause her any distress. She winds well, although
she has been gassy recently. She is BF on demand. I have had a BF professional check the latch, which she considers to be fine. Can this amount of milk return be usual? Any similar experiences? Thank you!

I also came to say reflux, bu5 could B37, lactose intolerance

Yup I came on to say reflux or lactose intolerance. There are drops you can get called coleif (I think that's how you spell it) that break down the lactose in milk. I used them for DS. Most likely reflux though.

Yes it can, but may not be so if it is happening all the time and dd is unhappy (hungry, no full nappies, scant wet ones etc) then nobody will think anything bad for getting it checked out.

Also, and i actually had to do this as all the vomming from dd2 used to freak me out, i actually tipped a couple of teaspoons of cow's milk on the worktop to see how much it looked like. Made a horrendous mess and looked like a lot more than i expected.

Hope you get it sorted one way or the other.
