Right I know this is quite trivial but it’s really annoying me. I live in a small cal de sac, 4 girls aprox aged 7/8 years in the street. My daughter has been friends with them since a toddler she’s 7 now. I feel now she’s been cast aside from the girls. When no one is about they come in for her, another comes to our door and they leave my daughter, then tell her they can’t play with her. They can be mean to her also. My partner tells me to leave them to it but I find it hard, like the other day one girl was shouting and being mean to her, I told the girl to go home. It’s really annoying me.

They are 7/8 year old girls this kind of thing is pretty much standard. If they are being nasty to your daughter tell her to come inside or tell them to go home if they are in your house.

Not just girls. My son 7 nearly 8 is always falling out with the boy down the street! They have made up now but that was a three week stint of no talking we just had
