Travel cot help!

Sorry if wrong place to post- we have a travel cot (fisher price) which I cannot fold up! Ive got the process right; lift up the middle of the base, then click the buttons to collapse the four sides, but one of the two diagonal base bars just does not seem to fold together fully- is it broken or am I missing something?!

Thank you- it seems pretty much the same as what’s printed on the cot itself! I may just have to try more brute force!

Ours has done something similar before. We had to put it back up and then try again and it worked? Not very technical advice but hope it works!

I had similar frustration many times. The rectangle of the cot needs to be kept as evenly rectangle at all times. So pull up the middle and shuffle the 4 sides in evenly.

Thanks both- after about 1100000 attempts I’ve finally done it. Mostly! (It’s worse than packing up a tent!)
