6 year old daughter spotting everyday

Hi All,

My 6 year old daughter spotting everyday from past month.
She is checked for BV, and swab is negative.
Pelvic Ultrasound done, its normal and no precocious puberty.

Not knowing what is happening, but its frustrating.

Can any of you please advise and let me know if any faced this situation.

Doctor referred to Gynecologist, waiting for appointment.
I don't think its UTI, as she is not complaining of any pain during urination.

Has she had any other tests such as 24 hour urine steroid profile, short syncacthen or LRHR test to check hormone levels? My DD is 7 and whilst no spotting, is in premature adrenarche and now what looks like precocious puberty 😞 They also x-rayed her wrist to measure bone age.

I hope you find some answers soon- must be worrying for you and the wee mite!

No, none of those are done, but Pelvic Ultrasound says all measures normal for her age.

She don't have any pain or discomfort, but being a mom I am very worried.
