Hi everyone I'm new and looking for advice. Me and my ex have our son (9) shared custody and he has him 3 days and me 4 a week. Today my grandmother rang me at 4 to tell me my son was at her home. I asked why he wasn't at his dad's house and she said he's having tea at his friend's who lives over the road. I called the school to ask who picked him up and she said the child's parents. I was concerned as she's not on the list for pick up and also he wasn't there he was at my grandparents? They said she didn't have to be on the list to pick him up as dad said it's OK. Not really much I could say to that but should he of told me someone else was picking up our son? He's on the SEN register too so I just thought it all felt a bit odd? I'm going to speak to the head tomorrow but I can't see it going well as they've been terrible and took a long time to get him on the register and for him to get help etc. Also if my son stays out at someone's house not a relative over night should I be informed just incase of emergency etc? Thank you
