using camomile tea to help nappy rash

after saying dd2 doesn't get a sore bum she now has one she's pooed 6 times already and we've now got her nappy off. her bum is so red i think she's got another tooth coming through so it's probably this that's caused it.

i want to know do you just make the camomile tea as you would normally then add the fleece liner when it's hot or cold? then do you let it dry or put it straight in the nappy wet?

I just use it with a flannel to bathe the bottom.

Put the fleece liner on when still damp but not dripping. I would go for tepid/room temperature when you put it on.

As much air time as you can dare, that will help a lot, too.

she's got her nappy off at the moment, i'm not too bothered about mess, it'll clean and i'd do anything to get rid of this sore bum
