Twins names

We are expecting twin boys and we have a mixed family (husband english and I am greek) - we have a list of names and wonder if they should both have an english or greek name or we could do one each. Husband thinks that if it's one each it might be awkward for them when they grow up (jealous / competitive) and better do eg English first name Greek middle name for both. Any thoughts?

I would do an English first name then Greek middle name, or the other way round (greek then english)

Several names work in both English and Greek.... Alexander, Lucas, Christopher, Jason, Theodore...

I agree. Pick names that work in both languages.

Definitely not one English and one Greek.
