18mo dd fell over yesterday and it looks like her bottom teeth went into her top lip. There was a lot of blood but only for a couple of minutes. She was miserable all yesterday and had a temperature in the night but this might be a virus starting as she seems a bit sniffly. Lip looks like this today - does it seem ok or something that needs looking at? Have no one around to ask for a second opinion!
