I'm a bit confused about how Keep in Touch days work. I'm on statutory mat leave pay now, but if I do a few KIT days do I get paid my previous contracted amount for those days?
I'd been planning on technically ending mat leave on 1 July, but using accrued holiday/bank holidays to not actually return to work until the 22nd. And then potentially working 3 days a week for a month or two before ramping up to 5 days a week.
Could I somehow use the KITs days in July?
