Travel bags for pram and car seat

We are flying for the first time with baby and i was wondering whether we should get flight bags for the pram and car seat?

Hadn't even heard of them but saw them in an article. Are they worth it or just more baby junk?

I used one of these Ikea bags for my car seat and padded it out with all our towels.

Clever idea! A very short break so won't have towels but could use blankets.

You can stuff some of your clothes in there to save on luggage!

We filled the seat with nappies before wrapping in towels to save having to fit them in the case!
