Scary sleeping movements?

My son is 5 months old and twitches his hand while he sleeps sometimes or when he wakes up. It’s like a light tremor of one hand for like 5-10 seconds. He also opens and closes his eyes sometimes in his sleep too it’s almost like he’s fluttering his eyes. Anybody else’s babies do this? It’s kinda scary.

Mine sleeps with his eyes open and will move his mouth like hes trying to talk.

Yes, I think it’s perfectly normal. My DS also rolls his eyes up and opens them slightly when he’s falling asleep, so you can only see the whites of his eyes. Really icky... babies can be weird.

He does the eye roll thing too! And when he’s really mad his eyes will quickly move back and fourth! So scary!! I’m just happy I’m not alone. Idk why I thought these things would be gone by now. I thought they were only things newborns do.
